Howard Boston Memorial Race & Leukemia Cup North Star has raised $43,500 (You can still donate to any of the boats listed at the bottom of the this page between now and 12/31/07)

North Star Sail Club is having a doubleheader event September 30th by piggybacking our popular Howard Boston Memorial, the traditional start of the Anchor Bay Fall Series, with our second annual Leukemia Cup fundraiser. Spurred by the loss of both Charles (Skip) Boston and former Race Chairman Barry Saad to this blood disease we are setting a 2007 goal of $40,000 (we raised nearly $30,000 last year).

Location: North Star Sail Club, 32041 South River Road, Harrison Twp., MI 48045

Sailing Area: Northern end of Lake St. Clair, Michigan - Anchor Bay

Eligibility: This regatta is open to all sailboats. This race is also the first of 4 race dates for the NSSC Anchor Bay Fall Series. If you wish to race and collect money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society you must register and pay a $75 fee. Click here to download a donation registration form. If form is returned by 9/3 your boat name will be on the official Leukemia Cup T-shirt.

You must also fill out a Notice Of Race*(*sample from last year) form that will be posted later this summer.
