North Star 2011 Leukemia Cup Regatta

July 9th will be our Sixth Annual Leukemia Cup fundraiser; spurred by the loss of both Charles (Skip) Boston and former Race Chairman Barry Saad to this blood disease. We are setting a 2010 goal of $60,000 (we raised nearly $30,000 in 2006 and $43,500 in 2007).

Location: North Star Sail Club, 32041 South River Road, Harrison Twp., MI 48045

Sailing Area: Northern end of Lake St. Clair, Michigan - Anchor Bay

Eligibility: This regatta is open to all sailboats. If you wish to race and collect money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society you must register and pay a $100 donation; this donation will entitle you to a Leukemia Cup race T-Shirt. A paper donation form is available here. Or you can sign up online here.

If the form and your $100.00 donation are returned by 6/209/11, your boat name will be on the official Leukemia Cup T-shirt. To Race in the Leukemia Cup race there is a $15 race fee.

A Notice Of Race will be posted in late May or early June.
