North Star Junior Sailing, Inc. was formed on April 24th, 1990 as a charitable non-profit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service under Code Section 501(c)(3).

L2S-1 "LEARN TO SAIL" Students "get their feet wet" while learning water safety, Parts of a boat, rigging boats, basic knot tying and basic sailing skills.

L2S-2 "LEARN TO SAIL 2" A continuation of L2S-1 for kids who have completed the basic course. This class will reinforce and master skills learned in L2S-1.

SAILOR LEVEL A place for kids who know how to sail but don't want to commit to a full racing schedule a place to have some wet fun and hone skills.

RACING TEAM will train and compete against other area clubs for awards while making lifelong friendships. Participants will be coached in advanced sailing skills and racing tactics.

ADULT L2S CLASS a great way to get started in the lifelong sport of sailing. Learn basic boating safety & confidence, sailing language and skills to start a great lifelong hobby.

North Star Sail Club provides us with a great facility to hold classes and sail.
